Recently, our new chef, Jean-Philippe Couturier, added a special feature dish at the restaurant and is now a mainstay of the buffet line, for both lunch and dinner – the Cheese Risotto! Perfectly cooked rice in our special broth and finished off inside a gigantic Parmesan Cheese wheel to impart that cheesy flavour.
